Kitay Productions, Inc., announced today that it has completed production of its first show for the CBS College Sports television network, located in New York City.  The show, titled "Best of March Madness," is a twelve-minute program that provides a comprehensive summary of the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

The show, produced entirely in HD at CBSC facilities at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan, is being distributed as a free Video On Demand (VOD) feature to all major cable systems across the United States, including the nation's largest cable television provider, Comcast.  This is now the most widely distributed show in the seven-year history of the company.

Company president Joel Kitay wrote the script, designed the rundown, selected the shots, and produced the on-line editing in conjunction with CBSC staff.  Kitay condensed all 63 games to create twelve minutes of a compelling, dramatic narrative.  The final section of the show was edited immediately following the conclusion of the national championship game, which ended at midnight on April 6.  The final show was ready for delivery just six hours later, in the wee hours of the morning.

This project marks the highest profile project to date undertaken by the company's new subsidiary, Kitay Productions of New York, Inc., which was established in the fall of 2008.
