When THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore was looking for a way to introduce its new fundraising slogan, "Making A World of Difference," it turned to Kitay Productions for help.   Earlier this evening, THE ASSOCIATED unveiled its first-ever general campaign fundraising video to be completely produced on a local level, by Kitay Productions.


With a goal of raising $ 30 million, the "Making A World of Difference" video shows donors how their annual donation helps to combat poverty and hunger, support the elderly, and connect Jewish teens to their heritage, not just in Baltimore, but in Jewish communities across the globe.


Kitay Productions spent several days filming scenes around Baltimore, and several weeks editing the final production.  The four-minute film will be given out on DVD to hundreds of fundraising volunteers, to assist them in their solicitation calls. 


"Making A World of Difference" represents the second collaboration between THE ASSOCIATED and Kitay Productions in the past twelve months.  A year earlier, THE ASSOCIATED commissioned KPI to create a fundraising video for a special Capital Campaign, that is seeking to raise an additional $ 100 million.
